2009 Medicare Product Certification Materials
CIGNA has expended their Medicare Advantage offerings for 2009 to reach 28 States including: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, ME, MA, MO, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA and WV. Producers contracted to sell the CIGNA Medicare products will only be required to complete 2 certification modules in 2009 for full certification. Certification will begin August 1st. 2008. 2008 Medicare Product Certification Materials
Producers contracted to sell the CIGNA Medicare products must complete applicable lessons and pass the associated tests prior to marketing or selling CIGNA Medicare products.
- Use your CIGNA Agent ID as "Username" and your password as "password" (Please contact Mike Gaus if you do not know your Agent ID or Password).
- At the completion of each lesson, you will be instructed to complete an assessment. You must complete a lesson before you can take the assessment. To successfully pass the assessment, you must attain a score of 80%. You may take each lesson and assessment as many times as necessary.

Medicare Product Certification Materials
On September 24, WellCare began conducting 2008 Compliance and Training classes in preparation of the upcoming Annual Election Period.
Important:
- If you have successfully completed the 2007 Re-entry Training, you will only need to complete the 2008 Product Training (T08P) requirement for 2008.
- If you have not successfully completed the 2007 Re-entry Training, you will need to complete the 2008 Product and Compliance Training (T08F).

These training sessions will be offered online only in a live virtual classroom setting. The test will also be administered during the session. Paper tests will not be available, so it is imperative you have both computer and phone access when attending the sessions.
The test will include 45 multiple choice questions and a passing grade of 90% or better will be required to satisfy this training requirement.
2008 Marketing materials are currently in production and in October a supply will be forwarded to all producers who pass the training requirement. For this reason we encourage you to complete this training as soon as possible.
Although this course will allow for one retake if needed, the entire session must be repeated in order to access the test again. If you are not able to pass the test during the re-take, you will need to wait 30 days before you can make another attempt.
