Contracting & Appointment Information
Current Highmark Producers — Producers that are currently appointed through a Highmark General Agency to sell Highmark’s Commercial Group and/or Individual
products in Western Pennsylvania will simply need to complete a Senior Products Addendum to their existing Highmark Producer Agreement.
:: HBCBS Senior Products Licensing Addendum
New Highmark Producers — Producers who are not currently appointed through a Highmark General Agency to sell Highmark’s Commercial Group and/or Individual
products will need to complete Highmark’s standard Commercial contracting (and appointment) process and complete the Addendum to the Highmark Producer Agreement referenced above. Individual producers should contact their Highmark General Agency for more details regarding this process.

To access the Highmark BlueCross/BlueSchield Agent Portal, click on the link below and then click on the "PRODUCERS" tab at the top right of the page.
Once logged in, click on the "TRAINING" tab to access Individual Products Overview and Training. Review in-depth product training sessions for more details on each product's main features, who's eligible and the application process: When you have finished, complete the Individual Products Training Certification.
