Contracting & Appointment Information
Current Highmark Producers — Producers that are currently appointed through a Highmark General Agency to sell Highmark’s Commercial Group and/or Individual
products in Central & NE Pennsylvania will need to complete Standard Producer Agreement
:: HBS Senior Products Agreement (Schedules E and D)
New Highmark Producers — Producers who are not currently appointed through a Highmark General Agency to sell Highmark’s Commercial Group and/or Individual products will need to complete the Highmark Contract and Certifications below. Individual producers should contact their Highmark General Agency for more details regarding this process.

To access the Highmark BlueSchield Agent Portal, click on the link below and then click on the "PRODUCERS" tab at the top right of the page.
Once logged in, click on the "TRAINING" tab to access Individual Products Overview and Training. Review in-depth product training sessions for more details on each product's main features, who's eligible and the application process: When you have finished, complete the Individual Products Training Certification.
