Bravo Health
Bravo 2012 AEP training has three parts:
1) complete AHIP online modules (available as of June 22, 2011),
2) complete HealthSpring/Bravo AEP Online Modules (available as of June 22, 2011), and
3) AEP face-to-face training (registration starts June 22, 2011).
There will be shorter recertification courses for existing contracted agents and an all day face-to-face training for brand new contracted agents. Both Online training courses must be completed to proceed to face-to-face training. All face-to-face training registration is required online at
www.medicareonlinetraining.com/healthspring (requires Internet Explorer version 6, 7 or 8).
